1. Your payment and or confirmation, either written or verbal, indicates you have read and agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions
2. PAT Testing unless by prior arrangement our terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice by bank transfer only, cheques are not accepted. All other works & services payment is due on day of completion by bacs transfer or cash only cheques are not accepted. Please note any parts/materials will be invoiced separately and must be paid by the date shown. Any additional parts/materials that may be required will be invoiced on completion.
3. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in late payment charges of £2.50 per day being added to the outstanding amount from the date of invoice.
4. Customer wishing to re schedule appointments must give 48 hrs notice. Late requests will, at the discretion of the management, incur the minimum call out charge.
5. Should our operational needs dictate, we reserve the right to re schedule appointments and we aim to give at least 48hrs notice except in exceptional circumstances.
6. Documents cannot be released untill full payment has been received.
Please note: the minimum charge of £65 for PAT testing and 50% for all other work will apply if you, or your appointed key-holder fail to keep the agreed appointment and/or the engineer cannot complete the works due to technical issues or access the property/appliances.
